Happy Father's Day, Dad!

This is the card I made for my dad for father's day. It's hard to make masculine cards and it doesn't look as masculine as I wanted it to be but my dad loved it. I'm so glad. He does seem to love everything I do...that's my wonderful dad for you!

I loved Kerin's sketch so much that I thought I would use it for my dad's card. Click HERE to check out her challenge. I'm so glad this stamp set made it into the new catalogue, I loved it when I first saw it. It, like the set on my previous post, is perfect for all seasons.

Check out Kerin's blog for different cards using this sketch and other cute designs she posts.

As I do my posts I realize I'm not a very wordy or articulate person. This makes blogging VERY hard! I'm hoping to get better...I just got side tracked because my dog started barking. Hey, that's why I'm not so good at dog barks too much!!! ;)

Christy I LOVE your card! I don't know why I didn't get that set when it was in the mini catalog...but it sure is on my list for July 1!! Nice job, and thanks for joining in :)

I have this set, though it is a little abused and hasn't been inked very much (like once) so maybe your brilliant card will kick my inspiration in gear and I'll get my tree all inked up! Your card is beautiful. TFS
