Fifth Avenue Fun!

I totally CASED this card and I don't know from who. The original had different colours so I thought change it up a little. This set is so great, there's so much you can do with it.

Here's what I did:

Using the Big Shot, cut a Top Note out of Glossy White card stock and Old Olive card stock.
Stamp flowers and sentiment in Basic Gray Classic Ink on the glossy card stock.
Round corners of Basic Gray card stock and Rich Razzelberry card.
Sponge the flowers with Basic Gray, Rich Razzelberry, and Old Olive Classic Ink.
Cut off edge of glossy top not and adhere to olive top note.
Using the White Gel Pen, draw stems and accents.
Adhere gray card stock to razzelberry and adhere top note to card.
Wrap Old Olive Satin Ribbon around card.

Your done!

For Cancer...

When I was starting high school my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and, when I look back, I remember how brave my mom was. She was quite sick and lost all of her hair. I couldn't help but think how awful it must have been to be completely bald when she had thick, dark, Farrah Fawcett-like hair (Yeah, it was the early 90's!). She never once complained, nor did she get upset or cry. How courageous! I'm not sure I could go through what she did and still have a positive attitude like her.

I am SO lucky to be blessed with the best mother in the world, yes, she beat the cancer! It's been almost 20 years and she's doing great!

For a long while I was feeling like I wanted to give...like donate money...my time...these things are hard to come by sometimes but I did have a whole head of hair. What better than to help a person feel confident when they've lost something that, most people feel, makes them beautiful??

The Canadian Cancer Society and Pantene have partnered up to help women with cancer get a beautiful wig. Check out their websites for more info. They need at least eight inches of hair. And, did you know, they need six pony tails of hair to make only one childs wig??? That's crazy!

I documented my day at the salon. My hubby couldn't stop taking pictures. Here's the before:

I look like a witch from behind, don't I??? I was due for a cut!

This is me telling my hairdresser, Tonya, to "just do it!"

After the first cut:

I had the craziest butterflies in my stomach. I kept having to say, "it's only hair!" I still couldn't help it.

Obviously I wanted a picture taken of the pony tails but Chris wanted a close-up on my face. :)

Here's what was cut off, we got a whole foot!

I'm still getting used to this. I can't even put it in a pony tail so it's a little strange. My hair is naturally curly so it's even shorter after I wash it. I won't be posting a picture of that! Shirley Temple's hair was cute for a 5 year old but not so much for me! ;)

For the Bride & Groom

My mother in law asked me to make a wedding card for a wedding she's going to in July. When she asked, I knew I had to use this set from the Summer Mini, Blissful Bride. I love this set, it is just so beautiful.

Wood - 118527 - $28.95 / Clear - 120036 - $22.95

This card is 5-1/4 x 5-1/4. Wedding cards are always a little nicer when they're bigger than the typical size card. Don't forget the inside!

Here's what I did:

Stamp dress on Confetti White card stock.
Using the bouquet stamp, stamp around the edges.
Watercolour the flowers, sash, and around the dress using an Aquapainter and Pretty in Pink ink.
Colour flower centres with Basic Gray marker.
Mount on Basic Gray card stock.
Using Basic Gray Marker and Pretty in Pink Marker, colour "For the bride and groom" stamp. Huff on stamp and stamp on Confetti White card stock.
Punch out with Designer Label Punch.
Emboss Pretty in Pink card stock with Polka Dot Embossing Folder.
Using the Eyelet Border Punch, punch Whisper White card stock.
Paste white border to Designer Series Paper. Paste sentiment to this piece.
Place Hodgepodge Hardware over sentiment. Paper Pierce holes for brads, poke through.
Paste embossed Pretty in Pink card stock, Whisper White border, and the Designer Series Paper to the gray card.
Wrap Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon around card twice. Tie a bow by wrapping White Taffeta Ribbon around looped pink ribbon.
Pull Taffeta Ribbon through Silver Ribbon Slide. Tie in a knot.
Using Dimensionals, adhere wedding dress.
Apply Dazzling Diamonds with 2way Glue Pen.
Using Big Shot, cut out butterflies. Adhere to card.

Graduation Spotlight

I did this card for the Stampin' Celebration Inspiration Challenge. I thought I would use another set that is retiring this month, Spotlight on Christmas. I love this star image. I often used this set for occasions other than Christmas, this one being one of them! Look at how wonderful it goes with our punches.

Don't forget to do the inside of your card! I did something simple but it still carried the theme to the inside. I used Taken with Teal again for this card because it`s retiring and I`m going to miss it!

Here's what I did:

Stamp the star in Tempting Turquoise and Taken with Teal on the Whisper White piece of card stock.
Stamp swirl image in Close to Cocoa on the same piece of card stock and sparkle with Dazzling Diamonds. Adhere to Close to Cocoa card stock.
Stamp the stars again on white card stock and punch out using the Large Star Punch.
Punch out stars in Tempting Turquoise and Taken with Teal using the Small Star Punch.
Place small stars on stamped white card stock and paper pierce with Paper Piercer.
Poke brads through.
Using Dimensionals, adhere stamped stars over stamped stars on white card stock.
Emboss Tempting Turquoise card stock with the Polka Dot Embossing Folder and Big Shot.
Wrap ribbon around embossed piece and tie, adhere piece to Whisper White card.
Either wrap brad around ribbon or cut off prongs and adhere with a Glue Dot.
Adhere the piece with the stars to the turquoise card stock using Dimensionals.
Colour Happy Graduation stamp with turquoise and teal marker. Stamp on white card stock.
Punch out with Large Oval Punch.
Using the Wide Oval Punch, punch out teal oval.
Adhere sentiment to teal oval, cut in half, and adhere to card using Dimensionals.
Poke brad through small teal star, adhere to card just behind sentiment.
Glitter...EVERYWHERE!
On the inside punch small stars out of the white card stock so the teal shows through.
Glitter.

Goodbye Garden Whimsy

With our Retirement Party coming soon we've been busy designing the make & take projects and this was the one I designed. Unfortunately we're not making this one so I thought I would share it with you. I used the retiring set Garden Whimsy which I'm going to miss. It's super cute!

Here's what I did:

Stamp Butterfly image on Whisper White card stock. Stamp a second butterfly to cut out.
Sponge around the edge with Taken with Teal ink.
Adhere White card stock to Taken with Teal card stock.
Paper Pierce the butterfly's flying path.
Cut out second butterfly and colour in dots with Barely Banana and Taken with Teal Markers. (I didn't cut out the antennas, just the wings and body.)
Adhere just the body of the cut out butterfly to the first butterfly and prop up wings for a 3D effect.
Punch out circles using the circle punch in Pink Passion, Barely Banana, and Taken with Teal and adhere to Pink Passion card.
Sparkle the Pink Passion circles with Dazzling Diamonds.
Emboss the Barely Banana card stock with the Polka Dots Embossing Folder and your Big Shot. Adhere to card.
Using Dimensionals, adhere the butterfly image to the card.
Using the Stampin' Up Blossom Party Die, cut out flower and flower centre. You will need to cut out all three colours, I did it at the same time by putting all three in at once.
Stamp greeting on white card stock.
Using the My Way Punch, punch the end of the white card stock so it looks like a banner/flag.
Glue flower together but I put the greeting just under the flower centre.
Adhere flower to card.
Sparkle the butterfly and the flower centre. And you're DONE!

There may be a lot of steps to this card but it is pretty simple to make. And shockingly there is NO ribbon. That's unheard of for me! :)

Stamp-A-Stack Sneak Peak

Wow! I can't believe how long it has been since I posted. Gosh, time just flies by. Well, I don't normally do this but I wanted to show you two cards that we're making at our Stamp-A-Stack on February 19th. We're going to make 12 cards in total, 2 each of 6 designs and, let me tell you, they're ALL super cute! I hope you like the two I designed.

I chose to design a baby card because I find that when ever I need one I don't have one ready to give. Baby cards are always the perfect card to have on hand because you just never know.

I did this card with the giraffe from the Fox and Friends stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalogue but we're going to have a couple different animals available so you choose what you like best. I think the lion would look cute too!

The second card I sort of designed. I saw a card online (I'm sorry, I don't know where) that used stamps for the image but I swapped the stamps for die cuts. So the only stamp I used was the "Thanks" stamp. This would also make a beautiful mother's day card or even Easter. We'll have these options for you so you're not stuck with only one occasion. Another option would be to stamp the card later, with a stamp you have a home, for what ever occasion pops up.

I hope you love these two cards and that you'll join us on Friday February 19th for a fun filled night of stamping. There are prizes everyone is eligible to win and refreshments for your sweet tooth.

Today we got together to celebrate both my brother's birthdays. My younger brother's birthday is today and my older brother's is Saturday. I made this card to give to my younger brother. He suits these "punny" sort of things and I have to say, I think he's one of the sweetest guys I know. He is so generous and caring and never gets off the phone until he says, "I love you!" He is a tremendous person, I love him a lot.

Ok, now that I'm misty eyed...This card is for Kerin's Sketch Challenge. I love this sketch, even though I altered it a bit. I love layering on my cards...they're heavy but nice! Check out Kerin's blog for her beautiful card!

Birthday Boy

I have two brothers and it just happens to be both their birthday's this week. Not only do I have to make cards for them but I had other people ask me to make cards for them too! This is one I made for my step-mother to give to...I was thinking for my older brother but she can decide.

This card is for the i{heart}2stamp Sketch for You to Try. I altered the sketch {smile}. I originally tried to do three strips of striped paper but it looked...just too much! So, one strip is ribbon instead. I hope my brother will like it! {cross fingers}

I've been trying stitching on my cards so you'll see a couple with it. I just love the way it looks! I got a little colourful on one of my next cards...check back to see it!

Very Merry Dasher

I would have to say that this is my favourite stamp in the new catalogue. Isn't it gorgeous?? This is the first card I made with it and there will be many more to come!

This card is for the Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge. I have to say, I LOVE this sketch. I think it's so pretty, I might even make a few more cards using it.

The inside is pretty plain but it still brings the outside in, which I love. I may even sparkle up the snowflakes. You can NEVER have too much sparkle!! ;)

I'm on a little Christmas kick right now but I have some birthday's coming up so I'll take a break from Christmas for a short time...short! ;)

Christmas in July

I don't think it's ever too early to start your Christmas cards. Last year I didn't get a chance to send out any cards. I know, crazy, right?? I make cards, what's the problem?? Well, time flew by and I just hadn't made any. So this year I thought I would start early.

I've been MIA lately. :( I hadn't crafted in so long that I was going through withdrawal. I'm on holidays this week so the week's leading up to this were busy...not that I've gone anywhere. Hopefully we'll be able to go on a couple day trips, if the weather holds out.

Ok, so on to my card. This card is for Kerin's Sketch Challenge and the Raspberry Suite Colour Challenge.

I enjoyed this sketch. I went to my Season of Joy set right away. The colours are not your typical Christmas colours but I thought, hey! Why not? I think the poinsettia is perfect!

On the inside I did the same image as the front. I stamped the flower first, masked it, and then stamped the swirls. I didn't use any ink pads on this card, just markers. I'd have to say that colouring on stamps is my favourite look.

Baby Giraffe

This is my first time using this set. I think it's super cute!! The giraffe screams "baby" to me. It's so sweet. This card is for the Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge. I found this one tough at first. I think it was the oval. I'm more of a square kind of person...*wink*...circles and ovals throw me right off!!!

Razzelberry Christmas

I'm not going to lie...this sketch killed me!! I think it was because my goal was to do a "get well soon" card for my dad using this sketch and I just couldn't do it. I ended up making him a 3 x 3 card using this sketch (see below) but it took me FOREVER!!!!

My poor dad had surgery on his rotator cuff (am I saying that right??) so he'll be out of commission for six weeks!! Poor guy. When he's up for visitors I'm going to bring him licorice All Sorts...you know those black licorice tasting, multi coloured things...GROSS!! It's his fav...and I'll bring him a novel to keep him occupied for a while.

Happy Father's Day, Dad!

This is the card I made for my dad for father's day. It's hard to make masculine cards and it doesn't look as masculine as I wanted it to be but my dad loved it. I'm so glad. He does seem to love everything I do...that's my wonderful dad for you!

Sweet Sweet Birthday

When the new Stampin' Up! catalogue comes out I don't normally choose to get a level three hostess set but I thought this one was too cute! It has something for every occasion - Halloween, Birthday, Christmas, Thanksgiving & Valentine's Day.

This is my take on the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. I love this sketch. At first I thought I would use Trendy Trees but I needed to make a birthday card for a friend and I knew the cupcakes would be perfect.

These are the new In Colours, aren't they gorgeous?? I died the Organza Ribbon with the Melon Mambo ink pad - super easy! It does take time to dry, though - super annoying! I made a mark on the card with the ribbon so I decided to sponge above the ribbon.

Celebrate You!!

Sorry I've been away so long. Things have been a little crazy over the past couple weeks. My full time job has gotten quite busy (which is a good thing!) and I'm coming home just exhausted. I haven't crafted for weeks and I think I was getting cranky because of it! ;) It actually felt good to get in my craft room, turn on the music and craft. I made a few cards.

This is my take on the Stamps and Smiles Sketch Challenge. I love this sketch, I didn't think I would at first but I'm happy with the end result. I made this card for a friend to give to her nephew. The colours are perfect for a boy or a girl, that's what I love about them. I'm sad that this paper is going, it's just too cute!

It's hard to tell but I used Crystal Effects on the balloons to make them POP! And because I'm a numpty and

forgot to put brads in before I glued

everything together, I punched out circles and put Crystal Effects on them to make them look like little brads.

Hopefully you can see more with this angled picture.

My Three Cake Mojo

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend! It's a beautiful morning here, not a cloud in the sky! The weather guy is singing a different tune...he says a storm is coming. :( Let's hope not!

For the Mojo Monday sketch challenge, I decided to use the Candy Lane DSP which screamed the three cakes from the Fun & Fast Notes stamp set. I love these colours together, they're just so pretty.

For the inside, I wanted to bring the outside in. I did the same cakes with a strip of DSP at the bottom. Simple!

This is the first card I made with my Trendy Tree Stamp Set. Isn't the set cute?? I don't even think it looks bad to have the trees a weird colour, like blue.

I carried the theme through to the inside of the card. It was so simple, I didn't even feel I had to layer anything.

This set is best used with the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig so you can get the branches to fit perfectly in the tree itself...am I making sense??

Happy Monday!!...If there is such a thing! I'm not a huge fan of Mondays because the weekend is over and I can't sleep in. ;) I hope you're having a good Monday.

Here's my version of Karen Giron's Sketch Challenge. It's hard to tell but I layered the cupcake. There is two layers of the whole cupcake, three layers of the icing and four layers of the candle...lots of cutting! Also, I made shaker boxes out of the grommets using the clear micro beads.

On the inside, I made it simple with a sentiment and a cupcake. I added sparkles because... well... they're just so darn cute!

OMG, I've been away for SO long! I haven't crafted for more than 2 weeks, how sad!!!!! It's been a crazy couple of weeks. My brother moved in May 1 so we've been trying to organized things. It hasn't been super fun but we're getting there. The pet population has almost doubled in the house now, 5 animals. I know, I know. I had 2 cats and a dog, my brother has 2 cats so...they are all getting along pretty well, hissing here and there. I think they'll be good friends soon!

So, I have FINALLY crafted!! Oh the excitement! I did two challenges in one. The first is the Weekend Sketch Challenge on Mary Jo Albright's Blog and the second is the My Time Colour Challenge on Lauren Meader's Blog.

I really LOVE these colours together. Aren't they just SO summery??

I stamped some flowers from Petal Pizzazz on White card stock then I embossed with iridescent ice over the whole piece, it is super sparkly!!!

So, my picture taking abilities still have a little to be desired but I'll figure something out. I hope you can see everything ok.

The inside has a little "blemish" but it happened at the very end, I wasn't going to do it all over again! :)

I made this card for the amazing demonstrator that recruited me, Jennifer Tinline. It's not her birthday but she loaned me this cute set, Cheers to You, and I wanted to say "thank you" with a card sample. She was really happy with it and the other demonstrators I do Stamp-A-Stacks with liked it too so we decided it would be perfect for our Stamp-A-Stack (April 22). I shouldn't tell you that because I'm ruining the surprise but...I just have to!

This is my first time submitting a card to i {heart} 2 stamp. I really LOVE this sketch! I wasn't sure about it at first but it was super fun!

Again, my photography skills have a little to be desired but I'm working on it! Before you know it I'll be a pro...or just half decent! ;)

Taylored Expressions Challenge

This sketch made me kind of nervous at first. I'm a ribbon fanatic so doing a card without ribbon is tough for me. Sometimes you need to craft outside of your comfort zone...as hard as it may be! Click HERE to check out Taylor's Blog!

I love this new set from the Occasions Mini, Forest Friends. The images are just so sweet. The only thing limiting is the colours you can use...brown and gray...that might be about it. Unless, of course, you've seen blue bunnies and purple owls. ;)

I just can't seem to get the picture of the inside of my card in focus or without shade. So sorry, photography is definitely NOT my thing.

I carried the bunny and the tree through inside. All I did was "huff" on the tree again to re-moisten the ink (I coloured the stamp with the Stampin' Write Markers) and stamped it...super simple!

Here is my card for the Mojo Monday Challenge. I'm still in love with A Flower for All Seasons stamp set. I can't stop making cards with it! I think the images look SO pretty water coloured and I'm NOT a water colourer!!!

Again, sorry for the blurring picture of the inside, I just can't seem to ever get them in focus.

For the inside, I coloured the stamp itself and them stamped the card stock. It's just a simple added touch, here's a closer picture.

I thought when I saw this sketch that I was going to have no problems doing a card. Well, scroll down a little to see the first card I did...a little busy, wouldn't you say??? I like the second card I did much better. See, sometimes simple is better!

This is a sketch for the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge on Karen Giron's blog . She has a lovely blog with some really amazing works of art!

I chose one of my favourite colour combos - Old Olive, Regal Rose & So Saffron. These colours scream SPRING to me. It's hard to tell from the picture but I actually cut out the butterfly and pushed the wings up for a 3D look.

Here's the inside. I didn't leave much room for writing so this would be perfect for a quick note.

Now take a look at this busy one. I like the different parts of it but together...well...it's just crazy busy!

I am loving this stamp set, A Flower for All Seasons. The images look so great water coloured.

My fiance has family that live in the States and Quebec so I've been making Springy cards to send. The retirement home where my fiance's grandma lives actually has one of my cards displayed in a glass case in their lobby. *blush* I thought that was sweet. This is my version of the Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge. I altered it slightly by turning the sketch. I'm not sure I love it but...well...it may be growing on me! Do you ever do a card that you're not sure you like at first then it starts to grow on you??? This is one of them for me!

I really love this Thoughts and Prayers stamp set, I think it's just beautiful! I cut out some of the little flowers to add a bit of dimension to the image. I used the Pretties Kit synthetic flowers and brayered them to get the colour I needed.

I say this on every post but I LOVE doing the inside of the card. It just ties the whole card together. The picture may be a little fuzzy, sorry.

I really love this stamp set, A Flower for All Seasons. I've had it for over a year but I never really used it. This is my second card I made with it over the last couple days. I'm going to make more because this images are SO perfect for spring and summer. Except for, maybe, the one with the poinsettias and the cardinal but I'm sure if you used spring and summer colours it wouldn't look so Christmas-y.

I'm sorry about the picture of the inside of the card, it's a little blurry and dark. Lately, I'm on this 'inside the card' kick! How nice is it to receive a card and the artwork continues on the inside?

On the weekend we celebrated my future brother-in-law's 25th Birthday. I made this card because what 25 year old guy doesn't like beer???

I learned this technique at our Mega Meeting a few weeks ago and thought it was too cool! The beer is empty now but when you pull on the ribbon above the beer is full. See the picture below. Let me know if you'd like the directions.

I used So Saffron, Basic Black and Whisper White. I think So Saffron is the perfect beer colour!

I like to decorate the inside of my cards too. I think it adds a little something extra.

I cut out a mug of beer to include on the inside but we still had enough room to write our birthday wishes for him.

I made this card for my fiance's brother for his birthday. It's sometimes hard to come up with masculine cards but I think this one worked. The colours could be changed for a girl birthday too! Please let me know what you think!

The card is made out of Creamy Caramel with a stip of Ruby Red down the centre. I coloured a piece of Very Vanilla 5/8 grosgrain ribbon with the Not Quite Navy marker. I used Crystal Effects and then added Dazzling Diamonds over top for a 3-D effect for the balloon, hat and cupcake.

It's a Boy!

This is a card I made for a baby shower of friends of ours. The baby's not born yet but they know they are having a boy.

Here's how it's made:

Cut Soft Sky Textured card stock 5-1/2x11, this is your base.

Cut Blue Bayou card stock 5-1/2x3 and So Saffron card stock 5-1/2x3-1/4, this is the strip across the front.

Cut Whisper White card stock 2x2-1/2 and So Saffron card stock 2-1/4x2-3/4, this is for the boat.

Cut Blue Bayou card stock 1-1/2x2. Using your corner rounder, scallop the edge. This is for the waves.

Stamp Boat on the Whisper White card stock with Blue Bayou ink. Make sure the boat isn't covered too much by the waves.

Sponge Soft Sky ink around the edges of the Whisper White card stock.

Adhere waves.

Stamp the star from Nursery Neccessites on the Blue Bayou card stock in Whisper White craft ink, sprinkle with clear embossing powder, heat with heat tool.

Stamp the boat from Nursery Neccessites on So Saffron Designer Series Paper and Soft Sky Designer Series Paper with the VersaMark pad, sprinkle with clear embossing powder, heat with heat tool.

Cut out the boat and adhere with Dimensionals to the already stamped Blue Bayou boat.

Tie Whisper White grosgrain ribbon around strip, adhere strip to base.

Adhere boat square to card with dimensionals.

Stamp star on Whisper White card stock in Soft Sky and stamp "It's a boy" over the star in Blue Bayou. Do this twice.

Punch these out with the 1" Circle Punch, adhere together back to back.

Put these in the circle from the Stylized Silver Hardware, put another silver circle on the back.
White eyelets will hold these together. Use the Crop-A-Dile to adhere eyelets.
Tie the Silver circle to the White ribbon using Apricot Appeal grosgrain ribbon.
I made the star with clear acetate. I used the Large Star Punch as my guide. You cannot punch the acetate...it's too flimsy for the punch. Cut 2 stars out with scissors.
Put a small drop of crystal effects in the middle of one of the stars, sprinkle Dazzling Diamonds over top, put the other star on top. The sparkles will be sandwiched in the middle.
Punch a small star in Soft Sky card stock, puch large star over this one. Adhere to acetate star, put brad through, adhere with Dimensional and you're done!

It looks like a lot of work but you can take any parts to make it your own. Let me know if I can help!

Tart and Tangy Magnets

These are magnets I made out of the Tart and Tangy stamp set. I love this set!

How it's made:

Using the Stampin' Write Markers, colour the Strawberry, Apple and Cherry stamp. I used Real Red and Old Olive.
Huff on the stamp to moisten the ink and stamp the image on Whisper White card stock.
Punch the images out using the 1-1/4 Circle Punch.
Punch Real Red and Old Olive circles with the 1-3/8 Circle Punch. These will go behind the image.
Using the Scallop Punch, punch Real Red and Old Olive scallops.
Take your magnet (I got mine from the dollar store) and put a tiny drop of Crystal Effects on it; now adhere it to the scallop.

Let the Crystal Effects dry. This won't take long. Now how easy was that???

Make a Wish

If you missed coming to my class last Tuesday, this is one of the cards we made.

How it's Made:

Cut your textured River Rock card stock to 5-1/2 x 4-1/4, fold in half. This is the base of your card.
Cut two 3 x 4 pieces out of the Whisper White card stock; Cut one 3-1/4 x 4-1/4 out of the River Rock card stock; Cut one 3-1/2 x 4-1/2 piece out of the Cameo Coral card stock; Cut one 2-1/2 x 4-1/4 piece out of the Ginger Blossom Designer Series Paper. Now you have all your card pieces.
Using the Coluzzle, cut an oval out of one of the Whisper White pieces. Make sure it's centred.
Layer the piece of Whisper White that has the oval cut out of it (the frame) onto the other Whisper White piece. You can use removable adhesive (Dotto) to hold it together it you'd like.
Stamp the rose and the leaves from the Embrace Life stamp set with the VersaMark ink pad inside the oval.
Remove the frame and sprinkle clear embossing powder on the images. Heat with the embossing gun.
Put the frame back on the Whisper White piece with the image on it.
Using the Stampin' Sponges, sponge Ruby Red ink (from the pad) on the roses; Sponge Cameo Coral around the roses; Sponge River Rock on the leaves.
Remove the frame and adhere the Whisper White piece to the River Rock piece; Adhere that piece to the Cameo Coral piece.
Using the Horizontal Slot Punch, punch a slot into all the adhered pieces.
Take the ribbon and tie it through the slot. NOTE: I died the Whisper White ribbon Cameo Coral by taking the Stampin' Sponges, inking it in Cameo Coral and then wiping the ribbon with the sponge. It dries really fast. You could also use the Cameo Coral Double-Stitched Ribbon.
Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the bottom half of the River Rock card.
Using the Stampin' Dimensionals adhere the image to the card.
Rub-on "Make a Wish" from the Eastern Elegance Rub-Ons.

I love this card! It is quite elegant. You could change the sentiment so it could be any type of card you need.
